We have been adding an addition - 15 foot by 16 foot family room, as well as basement to our house. This spring marks the second year of fun.
Yesterday we got the electrical finished!! Al just called someone on KSL, and him and his 2 "boys" (men) finished it in 2 or 3 hours. What a relief. Now we only have a few more things to go to pass the final inspection.
Al says I have to wait until the inspection to start finishing and doing some of the things I'd like to do with it.
The basement room will be a craft/storage room. One of my little sisters was telling me about a paper floor. It sounded intreging. I found a few spots about it on the internet.
I wanted my floor to be just a little different. I rubberstamped most of the pieces of paper. I edged each piece that I put down. I had my grandkids, and kids that wanted to, make pictures on brown paper bags for the floor.
I put 6 coats of polyurethane over the paper. I LOVE it!!
