If I am careful, I can get 5 cookies on a sheet. Baking a batch takes a long time.

This is what the chocolate dough looks like when I am mixing it up.


I use a pillow case to roll my dough out. It makes clean-up so much faster and easier. I just gather up the case, and toss it into the wash!
