These are the start of a cookie bouquet.
I like to bake Valentine cookies on a stick. I will decorate them later. It's a fun and different way to make them.

Some of the cookies are cooling. I let them cool, them prop them up in a container. If they fall off the stick, there is no reason to frost and decorate them.
Here is some of the chocolate dough in the process. I "frosted" them with a mixture of melted dark chocolate and a symphony bar. YUMMMMM!
